*Please read and sign the following Liability Release and return it with your dues. Club members are warned and recognize that sailing carries with it the possibility of property damage, injury and/or death. A host of injuries and/or damages may be experienced while at any Club event and/or at Rock Fork State Park. In consideration for the privileges of membership and other good and valuable consideration, members understand and agree not to sue the Club, the Executive Committee, Club officers or members. Further, each member understands and agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Executive Committee, the Club officers and members from and against any and all actions, claims, and law-suits of any kind or nature for injuries and damages relating to a Club event.
